My 50 Books for 2016 Challenge

The smell of the pages as you turn them, the printed words on the paper and the thought of closing one book only to start a new one; I love all these things. I have always been a voracious reader and I can easily finish reading a book in a day or two, provided I have nothing else to do. However, I have been very busy lately and in the past year I have read very few books and to me this is sort of a failure.

Books for me have always been vessels of knowledge and the more I read the more I know about things. They do more than just improve my vocabulary. They entertain; they make me laugh; they make me cry; they make me human.

In order to not repeat the mistake of reading too few books last year, I have decided to challenge myself this year and the challenge is to read 50 books, both fiction and nonfiction. So, in no random order, I have listed 50 books which I should finish reading by the end of 2016.
